All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site. Using this website in any way, to include executing a transaction, constitutes an agreement to our terms and conditions and a waiver of any chargeback action through your credit card provider.
You must be eighteen (18) years of age to purchase Regiment Blades LLC’s products.
Shipping Information
Orders for products ship USPS Mail with delivery confirmation. With some exceptions on heavier items being noted on website. Larger value orders for products ship via FedEx or UPS with a tracking number and may require a signature upon delivery. You will receive tracking information via email when your package ships. Regiment Blades reserves the right to change and alter shipping methods from those selected at checkout without notice. Some exceptions of products that may be shipped USPS Priority Mail would be packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
Return Information
Regiment Blades offers a 30 day return of products for either an In-Store Credit to your customer account or credit card refund policy. You must contact Regiment Blades via email prior sending your product back for return or refund to receive a RMA number. All returns must include the original receipt and invoice, along with the billing address, shipping address, contact phone numbers, contact emails, and RMA number. Returns and refunds may take up to two weeks, not including transit times.
In-Store Credits are not assessed a restocking fee.
Items that are unused and in the original sealed packaging can be returned for a credit card refund subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the product and packaging has been opened, damaged or used, the credit card refund is subject to a 25% restocking fee, or may be rejected. The return must include accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that were shipped with the product. Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds. Products that are not eligible for returns are custom configured products, used products, all clothing items, special orders, and items sold "as is" or "used".
If you wish to exchange the unused, uninstalled, and unopened items, you will receive an in store credit for the returned products. The in store credit will be issued via email and can be applied toward future purchases.
It is recommended that you return merchandise with a carrier that offers tracking numbers and full value insurance on the parcels. Regiment Blades cannot be responsible for any packages that are lost while being shipped to us. Please note that the USPS Priority Mail will only initiate a trace on packages after a 30 day waiting period.

Limited Warranty
Regiment Blades LLC warrants that all products are free from defects in workmanship. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. damages TO PRODUCTS caused by abuse, modifications, neglect, improper sharpening, normal wear and tear, and misuse ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. Broken blade tips are not covered under warranty. Broken, lost, or bent clips or fasteners are not covered by the warranty.
Regiment Blades LLC does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Regiment Blades LLC does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnification
By purchasing or receiving any item produced by Regiment Blades LLC the owner assumes the responsibility to research and comply with all applicable federal, state, local and international laws related to the possession, ownership, carry, shipment, transport, and use of any Regiment Blades LLC product. The owner expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Regiment Blades LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND SUPPLIERS (COLLECTIVELY THE “REGIMENT BLADE PARTIES”) for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, possession, ownership, transportation, or use of ANY Regiment Blades LLC PRODUCT in violation of applicable federal, state and local laws or regulations. Regiment Blades LLC SHALL not BE liable for the misuse of any product purchased either directly from Regiment Blades LLC or from a reseller. You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Regiment Blades Parties from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account. Regiment Blades LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Regiment Blades LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Regiment Blades LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Regiment Blades LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Regiment Blades LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Regiment Blades LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Regiment Blades LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Regiment Blades LLC may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Regiment Blades LLC.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Wisconsin, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Regiment Blades LLC products) shall be in Wisconsin state court in Waukesha County, Wisconsin or the federal courts located inthe Eastern District of Wisconsin. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Regiment Blades LLC products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Regiment Blades LLC's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Regiment Blades LLC may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Regiment Blades LLC or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
